Mermaid Waves and Metallic Makeup
Being confident is having the ability to believe in yourself. Confidence means you dont have to rely on people to validate you.
When I was younger, I used to be really shy. It was really hard for me to be around new people and start a conversation, sometimes I felt stupid. However, when I was with my friends I was really open and confident to be myself. One day I thought, imagine if I had that level of confidence around anyone! I could really achieve everything. As I was getting older being confident became one of my biggest goals in life. I knew this would help me to go after my dreams and achieve them.
For me a confident woman is
- Positive
- Recognizes her own and other women's qualities.
- Never puts another woman down.
- Recognizes her faults.
- Ask for help when she needs it.
- It is open to learning new things.
“I found I was more confident when I stopped trying to be someone else’s definition of beautiful and started being my own”
Even if now I am more confident than I was before, I still have some moments when I feel really insecure, but I think this is normal because nothing is perfect. When I feel insecure I like to take some time for myself, to do what I like, write what I like about myself and think about who I am and what I had done to become the woman I am now.
In this post, I want to share with you an easy look. I will show you an easy way to do waves with your flat iron that I learned from the super talented hairstylist Liana Le who is my coworker, I will also share with you an easy makeup tutorial. I don’t have a lot of experience with makeup but I want to share the little I know with you. I hope you try it at home. Remember you don’t need to do it perfectly is all about making a little time for you, have fun, and learn something new.
For this look you need:
