DEPOSITS FOR EXTENDED APPOINTMENTS

A deposit of up to $50.00 is required to reserve appointments that are 2 hours or longer in duration. (Ex: highlights, balayage, color corrections, keratin, etc.) This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation for these long appointment blocks, a 24-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.

RETURN POLICY

Blossom Holistic Salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, I strive to give my clients the utmost satisfaction, and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, I will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me within 7 days so that we can address them in a timely manner. At that time, we will reschedule your appoinment and make any changes or adjustments indicated. Blossom Holistic Salon will gladly make any adjustments at no cost to you within 2 weeks of the original service.

PAYMENT TYPES/GRATUITY

Blossom Holistic Salon gladly accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Zelle and Venmo. Gratuity may be added to your credit card for with a convenience fee.

I will discuss the cost of your service with you before I begin the work. Payment for services is due in full at the time of service. I appreciate your loyalty and business. I am committed to making your experience a beautiful experience! Thank you for allowing me to make your day a little brighter.
